I live in Chicago and have a long commute to work, about 2 hours if traffic is bad. It is usually bad. Why would I do this to myself you ask? It is because the economy is bad and I must feed my cats somehow. I couldn't say no to this job. Also, we are going to move fairly soon and I figure I can cope with the long commute for a couple of months.
Part of the coping process has come in the way of annoying texts to my friends and family about my adventures on the bus. Thus far they include, college frats yelling about sex, a man talking at me, hateful little kids, even more hateful grown ups on phones, and Cubs game day traffic. In order to spare my friends the awkward conversation in which they ask me to please stop texting, I will deposit my stories here.
I hope you enjoy them.

But I love your angry public transit texts. At least send them to me?
